ANTONIA JOSTEN
Since 2009 Antonia Josten has been leading the first recruitment firm for the fine art sector in Germany with a vision to deliver uncompromisingly professional search with absolute discretion. After her BA and MA in the History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art, London, Antonia Josten has worked in many different fields of the art market, both in institutional and commercial enterprises, and has thus gained a large and in-depth knowledge of the national and international art sector. She has previously worked at Bernheimer Fine Old Masters / Colnaghi, Munich and London, at the Gallery Bruno Bischofberger, Zurich, as well as Sales Director at Arndt & Partner, Berlin. She lectures at the Executive Master in Art Market Studies at the University of Zurich (UZH). In addition she is Vice-Chair of the Human Rights Watch Committee Berlin and an active member of the Friends of the Busch-Reisinger Museum, Harvard.

Seit 2009 leitet Antonia Josten die erste auf den Kunstsektor spezialisierte Personalberatung in Deutschland mit der Vision, dem internationalen Kunstbetrieb unter absoluter Diskretion Dienstleistungen von kompromissloser Professionalität anzubieten. Nach dem Bachelor und Master in Kunstgeschichte am Courtauld Institute of Art, London, hat Antonia in vielen institutionellen und kommerziellen Bereichen des Kunstbetriebes gearbeitet und so ihre fundierte internationale Branchenkenntnis aufgebaut. Stationen ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn waren u.a. Bernheimer Fine Old Masters / Colnaghi, München und London, Galerie Bruno Bischofberger, Zürich, sowie Arndt & Partner, Berlin, wo sie als Sales Direktorin tätig war. Darüber hinaus lehrt sie an der Universität Zürich (UZH) in der Sparte „Executive Master in Art Market Studies“. Privat engagiert sie sich als Vizepräsidentin des Human Rights Watch Komitees, Berlin, und im Freundeskreis des Busch-Reisinger Museums, Harvard.
